4. Listings & Seller Responsibilities

Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and disputes
Prohibited listings include (but are not limited to):

Illegal items or services

Counterfeit or stolen goods

Misleading or deceptive listings

Content that violates local or international law
We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend sellers without notice for violations.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:

Review listing details carefully before purchasing

Provide accurate delivery and contact information

Communicate respectfully with sellers

Raise disputes within the allowed 14-day dispute period
6. Payments & Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

B Ceylon may charge platform, listing, or service fees where applicable.

All fees are clearly disclosed before payment.
B Ceylon is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Refunds & Disputes

Buyers may raise disputes within 14 days of order completion or delivery.

B Ceylon will review disputes and may issue:

Full refunds

No refund, depending on findings

Refund decisions are made at B Ceylon’s discretion based on available evidence.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior

Abuse the dispute or refund system

Post false, harmful, or illegal content

Interfere with platform functionality

Harass or threaten other users
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are the property of B Ceylon.

Users retain ownership of their listings but grant B Ceylon a license to display, promote, and distribute listing content on the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to B Ceylon for the affected transaction, if any
